IPC Volunteer Appreciation

and

 National Volunteer Recognition Week

National Volunteer Week is about inspiring, recognizing and encouraging people to seek out imaginative ways to engage in their communities. It’s about demonstrating to the nation that by working together, we have the fortitude to meet our challenges and accomplish our goals:  creating safer home, play and work environments.

The IPC is proud to honor and celebrate the Illinois residents who ordered and shared poison prevention education materials with their family, friends, colleagues and/or community from April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018:

997 Illinoisans educated/reached

nearly 135,413 IL residents in 89 (88%) IL counties

via  1,190 events/activities

donating 5,472 hours of their time to do so!
